Cancellation and refund policy
The following chart shows the refund we offer under different circumstances.
Please note that the Materials Fees for all of our courses are non-refundable.
In the event that a student wishes to cancel their enrollment they must provide a written notification of their intent to cancel.
Unable to enter Canada due to rejection from Citizenship and Immigration Canada*
Full tuition refund
Cancellation more than 30 days before registered start date
75% of tuition refunded
Cancellation less than 30 days before registered start date
50% of tuition refunded
Cancellation after start date, Between 1-5 lessons
30% of tuition refunded
Cancellation after start date, more than 5 lessons into the program
No refund
*Students must provide Acquire English with a letter of rejection from CIC

Conditions of Enrollment
Acquire English reserves the right to refuse any applicant. Acquire English reserves the right to change course content, fees, and policies without notice.
Acquire English and its staff accept no responisibility for loss or damage to personal property during or outside of our lesson times.
Students must comply with their student agreements, and these conditions of enrollment, or face possible dismissal from the program.
Acquire English lessons may be cancelled due to extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
